One of the greatest privileges of being part of the SERVPRO® family is our connection to the community.

A key way we deepen that connection is through membership in the Greater Buffalo chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), a respected international organization active in major cities across North America.

While joining BOMA certainly benefits our business by helping us build relationships with property managers and building owners before emergencies happen, the rewards go beyond business. Establishing mutual trust, respect, and understanding with these professionals ensures we’re ready to support them when they need us most.

Even more, we love being involved in such an impactful industry. Many people outside commercial real estate don’t realize the influence these individuals have; they make decisions that shape how Western New York is developed, affecting how we live, work, and play. The kindness and thoughtfulness we’ve encountered in this field have made us proud to be part of it.
