As past recipients of the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award, we understand the importance of building a successful organization on a foundation of ethical practices.

Putting ethics at the forefront of our business has given us much more than pride in being part of the SERVPRO® family. It's a core value that strengthens our relationships with customers and communities who share similar principles, making ethics both a source of pride and good business.

This commitment starts with our team. During the onboarding process, our priority is assessing whether new team members share our values. Do they believe in what we stand for? Are they dedicated to supporting our community and customers during challenging times? When the answer is yes, we know they’ll thrive here.

We’re especially proud of our general manager, Daniel Bauer, for his recent appointment to the board of the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association. Congratulations, Dan!
