After a pipe burst in this home, damage spread all over the structure. Pipes can burst for a wide variety of reasons, including corrosion over time. In this case, there wasn't much this homeowner could have done - there was a sudden ice storm and temperatures plummeted, and his pipes froze and burst while he was not present in the home.
After mitigating the water damage, our reconstruction team got to work, installing (among other things) this gorgeous glass block and wooden trim and repainting the walls. After a long period of mitigation and reconstruction, the homeowner was overjoyed to have their basement back again.
